The Victor Predictor game rules

Victor Predictor is a competition based on skill and knowledge covering a range of footballing categories. You will gain points depending on how well you are able to predict the results of the most popular British and European Leagues and a number of one-off competitions such as the FA Cup, Champions League and the Golden Boot.

Victor Predictor is FREE to enter, and your first task as a player will be to select the Top 4 teams in a selection of Leagues. At the end of the season, you will be awarded points for each of your predictions as follows:

Correctly predict Score
The Champions 40 pts
The Runners-up 30 pts
Third place team 20 pts
Fourth place team 10 pts

If you pick a team that finishes in the top four, but get the position wrong a Consolation of 5 points are awarded. eg. Your predicted Champions actually finish third. The same 5 points would be given of course if a team predicted in second place won the league. You gain more points by the level of your accuarate predicting! The same ruling applies in all leagues.

For the single predictions, you will score 50 points for each correct prediction. If a player or team were to win one of these categories and was not available to select in the options that Victor provided at the start of the season, then the category would be void and no points awarded.

During the months of December and January, the 'Half-time window & apos; will open. While the window is open, you & apos to be able to adjust your League Predictions if you so desire. You cannot make any changes to your Single predictions during this time.
